Grilled Breast of Chicken

1 tbs. Garlic, Peeled and Minced
1 1/2 tbs. Fresh Rosemary, Minced
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
3 tbs. Dijon Mustard
5 tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
12 4-oz. Portions of Boneless Skinless hicken Breast



1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT chicken, mix well. Pour mixture over chicken, cover and refrigerate for one hour. Note: Chicken may be lightly pounded if there are thicker pieces – this will help the chicken to cook more evenly.

2. Remove chicken from marinade and grill, turning only once until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 4 – 8 minutes, depending upon thickness.
