Herb Garlic Chicken

1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
1 tsp. Garlic-Herb Seasoning (salt free)
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
2 tsp. Canola Oil
1 tbs. Garlic Cloves, Peeled
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
1/8 tsp. Rosemary, Chopped
2 tsp. Low Sodium Chicken Base
1 tsp. Thyme, Crushed



1. If frozen, thaw chicken overnight in refrigerator. Season chicken with Garlic Herb seasoning and black pepper. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, pan sear chicken on both sides, remove and place in baking dish. Leave oil in pan and reduce heat to low.


2. Finely chop garlic and add to pan, cooking on low until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add wine, salt, base and thyme, scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Continue cooking on low until volume is reduced by one-third.


3. Pour sauce over chicken and roast uncovered in a  350-degree oven until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove the chicken from the pan and serve hot, topped with warm sauce.
